After availability check your request is automatically forwarded to the booking office, that will send you the final confirmation per e-mail as soon as a deposit of 40% of the price is received. Any reservation is to be considered valid only after the deposit has been paid.

To secure your online booking, you need to send the deposit within 10 days from the moment you forward your request. After this time, if no deposit has been received, the pre-reservation is automatically cancelled. Any change of the dates of arrival/departure is possible, on request, up to 30 days before the day of arrival.
As penalty for a cancellation in the 30 days preceding the day of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be kept.
