Locanda Dell'Era

The apartment consists of a studio apartment with a double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining table.

Equipped with ceiling fan, cutlery, pots, plates and glasses, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Smart TV, WIFI, lake view balcony equipped with table and chairs and, if necessary, a drying rack that can be opened.

Bathroom equipped with washing machine, shower and bidet. A supply of bed and bathroom linen at the beginning of the stay, a kit of sheets and a bathroom kit on request, but you can also bring your own linen.

Located on the second floor, with private covered parking in the basement. Railway station at 100 m

In the immediate vicinity you have a grocery store (located on the ground floor) and a tobacconist's bar.

At 200 m. Find the Locanda Dell'era with bar service, restaurant and buffet breakfast.

HOUSE RULES

We trust in the respect and good care of the kitchen supplies as well as all the supplies in the apartment. When checking out, leave the refrigerator empty without food residues and turned off, taking care to leave it open. Make sure all electrical equipment is turned off.

Linen and towels:

It is possible to request an extra bed linen set (sheets and pillowcases) for €15.00 each. Extra set of towels (shower towel, hand towels and bidet.) € 15.00 each.

Apartment cleaning:

It is possible to request extra cleaning during the stay, the service has a cost of € 30.00. Requests must be made one day in advance.

CHECK OUT:

Check out must be carried out by 10.00 with delivery of the keys at the Dell'Era inn in via Piave 6.

Late check out has a minimum cost of €30.00 and €30.00 for each half hour after the first.

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO RESPECT THE QUIET DURING THE NIGHT TIMES AND IN THE AFTERNOON BREAKDOWN (2.30pm/4.30pm)
